How To Pin A Chat

1. Open WhatsApp on your phone.
2. Once the app is opened then navigate to the ‘Chats’ tab which will be located at the bottom of the screen. This will display all your current chats and conversations.
3. Scroll through your chats to locate the chat that you want to pin.
4. Long-press on the chat that you want to pin. This action will bring up a menu with various options related to the chat.
5. From the menu options that appear after long-pressing the chat, select the ‘Pin chat’ option. This will pin the chat at the top of your chat list.
